1. Description of Service

FontsLab provides a free online tool that converts plain text into stylized Unicode characters for preview and copy-paste use. The Service is provided for personal and commercial creative purposes subject to these Terms and our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using FontsLab, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that places undue load on our infrastructure
• Use generated text to harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law

4. Intellectual Property

The FontsLab name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by FontsLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unicode characters generated by the tool are standard character encodings and are not proprietary fonts; you may copy and use generated text freely, subject to third-party platform rules.

You retain ownership of any original text you input. We do not claim ownership of your input or the converted output.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL PLATFORMS OR DEVICES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FONTSLAB AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FontsLab and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FontsLab operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
